Land, they sure ain’t making any more of it. This statement couldn’t be truer for those seeking to purchase real estate in Tel Aviv. The square foot price of a condo there is from 731 to 811 per square foot, although just like any city a bargain can be found if you look.  I found a high-rise condo with direct beach access on the southern border of Tel Aviv listed for $250,000 USD. While the southern part of the city is considered less affluent, the condo appeared very well maintained and contemporary.  I was surprised to find how modern, you could say ultra-modern these homes are. Real Estate in Tel Aviv offers the same amenities you would look for in the American market. Pools, saunas, and full gyms appear in most listings. Some condos shown even had a Synagogue within their building. 

Centrally located property runs at a premium. Prices on or around the famed Rothschild Street can start in the high 700,000 to mid-800,000 USD.  Within that downtown neighborhood, a condos final price could run into the millions. Much like New York or Paris, Tel Aviv has developed every square inch.

Tel Aviv, is known as the “White City” for its white architecture, but could also be called this name for its white sand beaches. It is a beautiful coastal city situated right on the Mediterranean Sea. With round the clock cafes, parks, and cultural centers, it is no wonder that celebrities like Ivona Trump, and Madona keep homes there. 

 Although Tel Aviv is a popular tourist destination, it is also a financial center for Israel with many corporate offices located there. All foreign countries maintaining an embassy in Israel, place theirs in centrally located Tel Aviv, away from border conflicts. This does give an economic boost to the local economy, but it appears there are so many other reasons why this sea-side gem is chosen as a vacation or permanent residence.
